Gelas2Pasir is a proudly homegrown innovation - solely owned, designed and fabricated in-house, by us.

  • Glass is often overlooked and undervalued as a resource. Transportation of glass can cost significantly more than the value of the material itself, making recovery and recycling difficult to achieve.

  • Crushing at source reduces the volume and transportation cost of glass, eliminates handling hazards and enables localized circular applications of crushed glass.

Gelas2Pasir is compact by design, measuring 320mm wide and mounted on wheels for easy movement across sites - whether they are school courtyards, hotel back-of-house areas, or community centres. Despite its small footprint, the unit is built for real operational use, processing up to 300kg of glass per hour and reducing it 10:1 into safe-to-handle sand, collected in a concealed 45kg bin. This balance of portability and capacity supports a decentralized approach to glass recycling: rather than transporting waste to a single centralized facility, communities and organisations can process glass on-site, on their own schedule, while retaining the associated value and income locally.
